As a Momentum therapist, you’ll work a flexible schedule that suits your lifestyle and receive the administrative support you need to spend more time doing what you do best: providing therapy to your clients. Individualized onboarding support from our marketing team ensures that you fill your caseload quickly with the kind of clients you’re passionate about working with. You’ll also have the opportunity to join our collaborative community of like-minded professionals via weekly clinical consultation meetings.

Here’s what we’ll ask of you:
- Be available for a minimum of seven (7) individual or couples therapy sessions per week
- Utilize measurement-based care resources provided by Momentum to help clients track their progress
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, and complete insurance-related documentation as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development, working toward certification in evidence-based models as applicable
To get started, you’ll need:
- A Tennessee state license to practice therapy (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D/PsyD, or equivalent). Please note that we do not accept temporary or pre-licensed clinicians at this time.
- Passion for working with men, particularly in areas such as trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and depression.
- Access to a private, confidential space with a computer equipped with video capabilities and a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download for telehealth sessions.
- Ability to work with men of diverse racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds, as well as men of varying sexual orientations and gender expressions.
- Commitment to ethical practice, following your specific Tennessee licensure board’s code of ethics.
- Certification or willingness to gain certification in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
